MULAGARACHATHU OR RED CHILLY CHUTNEY
This is a very spicy chutney. We usually make this as side dish for Idly and Dosa. Mulagu means Chilly in malayalam. Here we used red dried chillies for this chutney. Lets see how to make this red chilly chutney.

Method :
- Coarse powder the red dry chillies in a mixer-grinder.
- Then add Small onion and grind it to a fine paste. You can add little water if needed.
- Add the tomato and grind it again. Add salt along with this and grind.
- Take the chutney into as serving dish.
- While serving smear some gingelly oil or coconut oil in it and use it.
